Hence, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase of returned items.

Need to make a return? We do not include return labels in orders. However, you can print your own prepaid labels and generate a QR code to use at delivery designated shipping services, so you can return the item in-store. We request that every customer pair the item with the correct package or label. Goods sent to us with the wrong label or those that do not meet our return criteria will not be returned or refunded. 

Fine jewelry, designer items, and products on sale are not eligible for return. However, you can contact our team for further guidance. We try our best to provide unparalleled services to our customers.
